Again, another reason I am so happy to have found Young Living essential oils…being able to have natural, SUPER easy to make toothpaste that works WAY better than any store bought brand I have ever used. My mother, Jeanette, was the first one to make me a batch of homemade toothpaste with essential oils. I immediately liked the taste way better because I could tell that it was legit; it wasn’t sweet and it didn’t have fillers like the store bought brands I was used to using. I used it and I loved it. It's a little different, it doesn't get super sudsy, but, in my opinion, it works way better. I then ran out of the homemade toothpaste, I got busy like normal people do and had to use a store bought brand. I immediately notice a difference in the way my teeth felt; they didn’t feel as clean. So, I made my own and I will never go back. Also, I am anti-fluoride because it calcifies the pineal gland (third eye center) blocking our connection with the spiritual world. The pineal gland is also responsible for melatonin production and fluoride limits that production. Then I found THIS INFORMATION and it just reconfirmed the need to make our own toothpaste. Here are some of the reasons I chose the ingredients and their benefits:

Calcium carbonate: Remineralizes and whitens teeth.

Baking soda: Has whitening and plaque removing properties.

Healing Clay: Improves the health of teeth and gums eliminating bacteria and toxins (great article HERE).

Peppermint essential oil: Is highly antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory (for gums). It is an appetite suppressant and it tastes great.

Clove essential oil: Used in the dental industry for years, it is highly anti-inflammatory (for gums) and antimicrobial. It eliminates bad breath and fights cavities and gargling with it relieves sore throats.

Myrrh essential oil: Great for oral hygiene, strengthens gums, is antibacterial and antimicrobial.

Ingredients:

2 TBS Calcium carbonate (found HERE)

Equal parts: Baking soda (found HERE)

Equal parts: Healing clay (found HERE)

15 drops peppermint essential oil (found HERE)

15 drops Clove essential oil (found HERE)

15 drops Myrrh essential oil (found HERE)

You can also use spearmint or any other mint essential oil.

Note: It's super important to use 100% therapeutic grade essential oils, especially for your mouth. I recommend and stand by Young Living essential oils because I know they are the purest oils on the market. You can learn more about how to become a Young Living wholesale member HERE. This is the best way to order oils because you get super high quality oils at a discounted price.

Directions:
