Delicious Low Calorie Frittata

I like to eat healthy, maintain a clean toxic free lifestyle, and feel and look great. But sometimes I forget that's what I like. Sometimes, I put all the healthy crap on the back burner and cozy up to snacks and football all season long. Next thing you know, football is nearing an end and summer will be here before you know it, and maybe, just maybe, I have a killer Puerto Vallarta girls trip coming up in April. So I need to get back to focus. Aaaand, I started it out quite nicely with this delicious recipe. It's really good, really satisfying, low calorie, and good for you. Hope you like, and as always, swap out any ingredients and make it your own!

While it cooks, whisk together eggs, cheese, and a couple splashes of water or milk, salt and pepper to taste.
